Heart To Horse Subscription Box Review
Well, after the Saddle Box let down that I just wrote about, I am a little leery of opening another subscription box. But, I had already ordered this one, and in case you have thought about ordering one, I just had to put this review out there too. And The Heart To Horse Box was the first subscription box I had ever tried, and after subscribing for almost 2 years, I cancelled my subscription. It seemed that I was collecting a lot of things instead f using them, so I decided to stop getting subscription boxes, and put that money toward my riding lessons.
But fast forward 6 months, and I can’t do my lessons right now, and I wanted to give the Heart To Horse Box another try to see if I really was missing something. And that is where we are today. I just got my first Heart To Horse Box, and I wanted to share my thoughts of it with you.
Heart To Horse July 2018 Box Review
First, like all subscription boxes they send a card letting you know everything that is included. And this month there were 4 items in the Heart To Horse Box.
Lettia #horselife Water Bottle
This is a very nice water bottle. It’s made from stainless steel, which makes it a little easier to clean. The colors are really pretty on the bottle too. And since I prefer a water bottle with a straw attached, I think this will make an incredible gift for one of my most favorite horse people I know. (I hope she doesn’t really read my blog)
The retail value of this water bottle is $24.99, holy moly!
Rolling Massager
This thing looks silly, but I tried it out on my horses, and myself, and it works! It gives a nice massage, and it is easy to keep clean. I wasn’t sure what to think of this at first, but the more I use it, the more I like it!
Retail value of this massage roller is $8.75
Ecovet Fly Repellent
I have heard of Ecovet, but I have never used it. And I am happy to try new fly control products, because I honestly hate flies! And when I got this, I immediately went to see what was in it, but there were no ingredients listed. So I did a little more research and found out that the active ingredients are mostly derivatives from palm oil. And the main ingredient is silicone oil. They also add some essential oils for their proprietary scent.
So knowing it is not filled with insecticides, or chemicals makes me ok with using it on my horses.
Retail value of this product: $6.37
Giddyap Girls BioEZ
This is something I am really looking forward to using on my horses. It is a pre and probiotic that claims to reduce the chance of colic, and help to break down feeds more thoroughly. And it also says it helps to eliminate hay belly in horses, I am really excited to see if this is really true because both of my boys look a little round in the belly area.
This came in a 1 lb container, and you only feed 2 scoops of the product which has 22 servings. If it works well, I will add it to my horses supplements since I am almost needing to order some more MSM anyway.
The retail value of this product is $15.95.
Durango Boot Cozie
I am not sure really what this is, but it looks like it might go over a bottle, or can to insulate it? Or just a cute decoration? Honestly, I don’t know. But it came in the box, so I thought I would show you what it is.
Retail Value of this item: $4.99
July Heart To Horse Box Yay or Neigh?
Honestly, the value of the items in the box is there. If I were to buy all 5 of these items, it would have cost me $61.05. So yeah, it was definitely worth the $31.50 I paid for it. And honestly, I like getting products I have never used, to see how they work. The probiotics, and the fly spray are perfect examples of that.
I would say this box was a yay! And I will keep my membership, for now. That is why I like Heart To Horse Box, I can cancel it whenever I want. And if you would like to try it for a month or 2 and see what you think, you can visit State Line Tack and sign up. Just be sure to sign up for the autoship option, so you get the discount!
