Well, doesn’t the headline just grab your attention? I bet it does if you are looking for your own horse property. And if I were a realtor, I think I would have that as the opening line to the property listing.
As it is, this is my next-door neighbor’s house, and it was recently (about 4 days ago) listed for sale. I am sad to see her go, she is a wonderful equestrian, as well as a very nice person. But for someone searching for the perfect horse property – this is probably a dream come true.
I could see the paragraph of information describing the house something like this….
Nestled in the heart of our serene and picturesque neighborhood, this exceptional horse property offers the perfect blend of rural charm and modern amenities. Spread across sprawling acres of lush, green pastures, this equestrian haven boasts a state-of-the-art barn, spacious riding arena, and beautifully maintained paddocks, making it a dream come true for horse enthusiasts. Whether you’re an avid rider looking for a training facility or simply seeking a peaceful retreat for your equine companions, this property provides an unparalleled opportunity to embrace the equestrian lifestyle in a tranquil, yet convenient, location.

Horse Property for Sale
When the real estate agent came over to photograph and drone the home, they were so kind. They let me know what they were doing, which I thought was very thoughtful. I think they did an incredible job. I have a few photos that I borrowed from the listing—I hope they don’t mind!
When we commit to selling our home, I would totally reach out to them to be our realtors. They did a fantastic job with the listing. If you are curious, you can click on this link, and it will take you to the listing they created. It is simply stunning. Horse Property for Sale
This truly is a beautiful property. Not only the outside, but the inside as well.
Not only do you get the incredible horse facilities, but coming inside, you have a gorgeous and well-maintained home to live in. I don’t think it gets much better than this, especially here in Colorado, where housing costs have skyrocketed over the past few years.
Finding a turnkey horse property in Colorado will typically cost well over $1,000,000. And no, I’m not kidding. It’s crazy. But in my neighborhood, the prices aren’t quite that high yet.
Not only is there a barn, but also a nice riding arena that the owner has taken very good care of. She regularly works the ground. Every spring, they add fresh sand to the arena, too. Seeing this outside my craft room window motivated me to make my own riding arena. Thank you, neighbor.
Horse Property for Sale – With A Barn!
While many horse properties for sale may say they have a barn, most of them don’t look like this on the inside. Everything has already been done for the new owners. I sure hope they are horse people.
I remember when I was searching for my own horse property, any of the homes that were in my price range didn’t have a finished barn, or even a barn at all. Having a ‘true’ barn for my horses has always been my dream. With stalls that I could safely tuck them into when the weather turned crappy. Oh, how I would love a barn like this.
Isn’t this incredible? There is even a wash stall with a hot water heater on the wall. There is electricity and water in the barn, too. These are things I dream about!
A Horse Property with EVERYTHING
This property truly has EVERYTHING an equestrian could wish for. There’s even a pool for those hot summer days.
Everything has been though of with this property. I am fairly confident there have been multiple offers on the home, judging from the amount of showings they had over the weekend. But that doesn’t mean the home is sold yet. If you are curious to learn more about this horse property, click this link and check it out for yourself. And maybe we could be neighbors. I promise we are quiet!
